'Welcoming' Cocktail: Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask Old Fashioned: Made by muddling sugar with bitters, then adding the Whiskey and a twist of citrus rind.

Tullamore D.E.W. Original - Served with an Assortment of Specialty Cheeses, Freshly Baked Wheaten Bread and an Irish Whiskey Infused Chutney.

12 Year Tullamore D.E.W. Reserve - Served with Whiskey Battered Shrimp. Succulent fresh shrimp coated in our house-made specialty batter. Served atop a bed of mixed baby green salad and drizzled with a spicy whiskey aioli dressing.

14 Year Tullamore D.E.W. Single Malt - Served with Gaelic Stuffed Chicken. A free range chicken breast stuffed with spinach and roasted red peppers, coated in garlic breadcrumbs and baked. Served atop champ potatoes which is made by blending scallions with creamy mashed potatoes and finished with a creamy whiskey mushroom sauce.

Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Finish - Served with Boozy Whiskey Cake. Homemade whiskey and orange sponge cake served with a whiskey & vanilla Custard.
