EUROPEAN BEER DINNER PAIRING

Join us for a European beer tasting and enjoy an amazing evening of delicious home cooked food, which will be paired and served with some of the award-winning and finest brews from England, Belgium and Germany.

Welcoming Brew: Spaten Optimator (Germany) ABV: 7.60%  

Stella Artois Cidre (Belgium) ABV: 4.50%  - Paired with an Apple & Pear Salad. Arugula and Fresh Pear tossed in an Apple Cider Vinaigrette.

Stella Artois Pale Lager (Belgium) ABV: 5.00% - Paired with Beef Skewers. Two Tender Grilled Marinated Prime Beef and Bell Pepper Skewers served with a Beer Infused Peppercorn Dipping Sauce.

Boddingtons Pub Ale (England) ABV: 4.70% - Paired with Chicken Kiev. A Free Range Breaded Chicken Breast stuffed with Fresh Garlic Butter and served with a Mushroom Risotto.

Hoegaarden Original White Ale (Belgium) ABV: 4.90% - Paired with a Lemon Meringue Pie. Homemade Shortcrust Pastry shell filled with Zesty Lemon Custard and topped with fluffy Meringue.

$38.00 per person.

Seating begins at 7pm with dinner being served at 7.30pm.

This is a great opportunity to meet Ashley Atckison & Lisa Carrillo, the European Brand Ambassadors for Anheuser-Busch, who will be giving an informative presentation and welcomes any and all questions.
