La Trappe Trappist ABV: 10.00% - Paired with a Breaded Free Range Chicken Breast stuffed with Smoked Cheese & Mushrooms and topped with an Ale & Peppercorn Sauce, served with Au Gratin Potatoes.
Noir d’Ivoire Belgium Chocolate Liqueur - Paired with a “Shakespeare Mess”: Our take on a traditional Eton Mess with Strawberries, Noir d’Ivoire Chocolate Sauce and Meringue mulled together with Fresh Whipped Cream
