BREWDOG BREWERY PAIRING DINNER

Join us for a night of delicious home-cooked food served with a selection of Brewdog’s finest beers.

Welcome Drink BrewDog "Lost Lager" ( 4.7%)

A dry-hopped Pilsner made with classic German Saphir hops, 

giving vibrant citrus and stone-fruit notes.

Elvis Juice (6.5%) - Fresh Spring Salad.

An array of garden fresh mixed greens, lightly tossed in a sherry vinaigrette dressing, and topped with a homemade bacon and peanut crumble.

Hazy Jane IPA (7.2%) - Beer Battered Shrimp.

Succulent Pacific coast jumbo shrimp, lightly dipped in a combination of IPA and our famous Shakespeare batter. 

Flash fried, and served with a delicious sweet chilli relish dressing on the side.

Jet Black Stout (7%) - Beef & Stout Pie.

Cubed USDA Choice Angus beef, with an array of fresh vegetables, including sauteed mushrooms, onions, carrots, complemented with Dauphinoise potatoes. 

All smothered in a rich homemade stout broth, and finished with a home-made pastry topping. 

Punk IPA (5.2%) - Tropical Fruit Toffee Pudding.

A new twist on the traditional ingredients normally used in this century old dish. We've added a variety of tropical fruits to the date mix, and complemented this delightful dessert with a unique and delicious homemade creamy vanilla custard
