Welcome Drink - Longfin Lager  (abv 4.2%)


Calm before the Storm - Nitro (abv 5.7%) - Brussel Sprouts with Candied Bacon,

Roasted till crispy, brussel sprouts tossed in balsamic dressing complimented with hickory smoked bacon 


Sculpin -  Nitro (abv 7%) - Ceviche Cocktail,

Fresh bay shrimp marinated in lime juice, mixed with finely chopped, red onion, tomato, cilantro, avocado and cucumber. Lightly tossed in a clamato juice and served up in a chilled martini glass

English Brown Ale (abv 5.4%) - Beef Bourguignon,

Slow oven braised beef in a Brown Ale broth, with an array of hearty farmhouse vegetables and pearl onions. Accompanied by a side of "Champ", consisting of creamed potatoes & scallions


Victory at Sea - Nitro (abv 10%) - Chocolate Porter Cake

Decadent house made chocolate chip sponge cake, soaked with a rich Victory by the Sea Porter. Topped with melted "British Cadbury's Milk" chocolate and served with a heavy whipped cream
