Fresh arugula with cherry tomatoes, red onion and cucumber lightly tossed in a white wine vinaigrette, and topped with Stilton Blue cheese crumbles.
Mark West - Pinot Noir (CA) - Braised Short Rib
Succulent braised short rib and diced carrots served atop a creamy polenta.
Smothered in a rosemary and red wine reduction.
Franciscan - Cabernet Sauvignon (CA) - Drunken Poached Pears
Bosc pears poached in a red wine sauce till tender,
accompanied by a creamy raspberry ripple ice cream.
