The Edwin Fox, English IPA - Chef Tom’s Very Own, Spotted Dick
A true British classic that always raises a few eyebrows. This light suet sponge is generously “spotted” with currants and sultanas. Steamed to perfection, and proudly served with a pour of warm custard. Some say it’s the only Dick you’ll want to share with your nan.
