Golden, crispy potato skins loaded with melted Irish cheddar and Irish bacon, then finished with scallions and sour cream.

Irish Beef Stew · Jameson Black Barrel
Tender beef slow-cooked in a rich gravy with hearty vegetables.
Served in a warm sourdough bread bowl and topped with buttery champ.
Even the bowl is edible, which seems only fair after we’ve filled it so generously.

Chocolate & Orange Bread-and-Butter Pudding · Jameson Orange Irish Coffee
Warm bread-and-butter pudding layered with chocolate and orange, baked until golden and served with plenty of warm vanilla custard. Finished with a Jameson Orange Irish coffee, toppped with whipped cream and a chocolate orange dusting.
If anyone asks, you only stayed for the coffee.
