Welcome Drink - BP Route 66 - Pilsner (6.5%)

Padres - Super Lager (4.2%) - Beef & Barley Broth
A proper pot of slow-simmered beef and barley broth — hearty enough to revive a weary traveller and nearly strong enough to settle an argument. Served with thick-cut homemade wheaten bread and proper butter, because no one trusts a skinny slice in a pub.

Imperial Sculpin - IPA (8.5%) - Homemade Lamb Slider
A gloriously messy little number: juicy homemade lamb patty piled onto a buttery brioche bun with cool mint mayo, crumbled feta, and just enough attitude to ruin your dignity in two bites. Rich, cheeky, and liable to leave mint on your chin and zero regrets on your conscience.

Speedboat - Blonde (4.8%) - Salmon Wellington
A rather posh parcel of salmon wrapped in golden puff pastry, baked until crisp enough to make an audible “oh hello” when the knife goes in. Inside: tender salmon and a herby cream filling behaving itself for once.

Served with rustic vegetables that look like they’ve just come in from a good day’s work, and garlic potato wedges with enough crunch to keep you honest. Dished up with a zesty citrus cream sauce — sharp, lively, and just acidic enough to remind the richness that it’s not running the whole show.

Sea Monster (10%) - Sticky Toffee Pudding
A dangerously warm slab of treacle-soaked sponge that arrives with zero intention of respecting your self-control. Drenched in toffee sauce so clingy it should come with an apology, and served with vanilla custard that’s smooth, comforting, and quietly enabling.

It starts innocently enough—“just a spoonful.” Then suddenly you’re guarding the bowl like it’s a national treasure and wondering if it would be rude to ask for a straw.

$48.95 per person
