A refreshing blend of German beer and sparkling lemonade. Light, crisp and dangerously easy to drink.
Basically lemonade with a German passport. Don’t get too comfortable,
the proper beer is coming.

Bavarian Pretzel & Bratwurst Skewer
Paired with Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier (6.0%)
A warm, golden Bavarian pretzel and juicy grilled bratwurst skewer, served with a rich, creamy beer cheese dipping sauce.
The Germans have somehow managed to put bread, sausage, cheese and beer on one plate. Frankly, we see absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Bavarian Gulaschsuppe — German Goulash Soup
Paired with Paulaner Oktoberfest Märzen (5.8%)
Tender chunks of slow-cooked beef simmered in a rich, paprika-infused broth with onions, peppers and potatoes. A hearty German classic, packed with bold Bavarian flavor.
Thick, rich and full of beef. Much like some German bloke who’s had one too many at an Oktoberfest.

Pork & Apple Schnitzel
Paired with Paulaner Hefeweizen (5.5%)
Tender pork loin rolled with a touch of apple, coated in golden panko breadcrumbs and pan-seared to perfection. Finished with a rich beer and onion gravy, served with sautéed red cabbage and traditional warm German potato salad (Kartoffelsalat).
The Germans take their schnitzel very seriously. We’ve added apples and beer gravy, so naturally we’ve made it even better. Don’t tell Munich.

Bienenstich — German Bee Sting Cake
Paired with Paulaner Pilsner (4.9%)
A traditional German sponge cake crowned with caramelized honey and almonds, generously filled with silky vanilla custard cream.
It’s called Bee Sting Cake, but don’t panic. The only thing getting stung tonight is your waistline.
