FIRST COURSE
STILTON-STUFFED MUSHROOM
A roasted mushroom cap generously filled with rich, aged Stilton blue cheese, wrapped in crisp, salty pancetta and baked until beautifully golden. Finished with our house-made roasted garlic aioli for a creamy, savoury finish.
Paired with a Patrón Silver Negroni

Blue cheese, pancetta and tequila. Somehow we’ve managed to upset both the Italians and the Mexicans before the second course.
SECOND COURSE
BEEF EMPANADA
A golden, crisp pastry filled with tender seasoned beef, aromatic spices and fresh herbs, served with a smoky roasted tomato salsa for dipping.

THIRD COURSE
SPICY GARLIC-LIME CHICKEN
A juicy grilled chicken breast, generously rubbed with garlic, lime and warming spices, served over flavourful dirty rice and finished with a vibrant fresh pineapple and lime salsa for a sweet, citrusy kick.
Paired with Patrón 100 — 1 oz Toast
No juice. No mixer. No tiny umbrella. Just tequila. We trust you’re all adults.
DESSERT
CLASSIC TIRAMISU
Layers of delicate coffee-soaked sponge and luxuriously smooth mascarpone cream, finished with a light fresh mint cream — rich, creamy and just indulgent enough to make you forget you said you were too full for pudding.
