While national food critics and travel guides are always welcome additions to our press wall, our truest milestone is the daily consistency built right here on our Mission Hills corner over the last three decades. Established way back in August of 1990, the Shakespeare Pub has proudly remained entirely owned and operated by British Ex-Pats.
From day one, our mission has been to combine old-world English Tudor comfort on the interior with fresh, completely scratch-made culinary standards found across the British Isles. We take pride in sourcing top-quality ingredients, maintaining one of the city's only true functional cask-conditioned beer engines, and welcoming soccer fans with open arms for early morning matches.
